Azerbaijan School in Washington D.C. resumes its Saturday activities for the school year 2021-2022.

We invite children from 5 to 12 years old from Azerbaijani communities living in the DMV area to join the school.

Our school strives to inspire children of Azerbaijani families to learn and improve their language skills in Azerbaijani. We educate them on the history and culture of Azerbaijan through interactive classes, cultural events, and other social activities. 

By joining Azerbaijan School in D.C., your kids will: 

Learn and improve the language from native speakers in the surrounding of cultural feel; As the native language of roughly 40 million people around the world, the Azerbaijani language skill enables one to easily communicate with Turks and other Turkic speaking ethnic groups in the region, such as Uzbeks, Turkmens, Gagauzes, Kazakhs, and others;

Practice listening comprehension by listening and watching videos, movies;

Learn to dance Azerbaijan national dances;

Receive free materials and books to practice the language;

Make friends with the Azerbaijani-speaking community.
